Throughout his career, Andy has successfully led procurement functions, delivered complex capital investment programmes, negotiated high-value commercial agreements and supported organisations through periods of significant transformation. His experience spans automotive, manufacturing, engineering, construction and infrastructure, working with both global organisations and growing businesses.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and pragmatic approach, Andy believes the strongest commercial outcomes are achieved through trust, transparency and long-term supplier partnerships.
